Dutch electricity regulator has been given a further 6 months to reach a decision on cross-zonal risk hedging

03/05/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 2 May, the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) granted a six-month extension requested by the Dutch National Regulatory Authority (NRA), Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM), to adopt coordinated decisions with the Norwegian NRA (NVE-RME) on electricity cross-zonal risk hedging opportunities.
